Selected as MapInfos e-government site of the month, State of New York Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) created a terrific service. It provides quick and easy access to fares, schedules, station locations, driving directions and more. Choose a station from the list and scroll down to Get Driving Directions to see MapInfo technology at work. Presently, the areas for Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad provide this level of information.
